What QuickVisa does

QuickVisa provides document review, case preparation and procedural support for Thailand Privilege. The final decision is made by the competent Thai authority.

What Thailand Privilege is

Thailand Privilege (formerly Thailand Elite) is an official membership programme with a Privilege Entry (PE) visa and service privileges. It is not an investment visa based on a THB 10 million investment and not a visa for buying property.

Membership length and the stay stamped by Immigration are not the same thing. Plan travel by the current PE visa, the last entry stamp and the current programme rules. Privilege points are for programme services, not a visa discount.

Official materials state that PE visa holders may not work or study in Thailand. Membership does not include a Work Permit. Programme fees and benefits change; they must be confirmed with Thailand Privilege before payment.

Service process

Initial case review → document checklist → document verification → application preparation → submission/appointment support where applicable → status follow-up.

What we need from the client

The exact checklist is case-specific. We first verify passport/immigration status, the legal basis of the application and supporting evidence required by the responsible authority.

What the client needs for Thailand Privilege

The list below is the official-source baseline. The exact checklist depends on category, nationality, place of filing and responsible authority.

  • Completed application/consent form.
  • Clear color copy of a valid passport. Official package pages state more than 1 year of passport validity.
  • High-resolution passport-size photograph on a white or blue background.
  • Copy of current Thai visa/latest entry stamp where applicable.
  • For family/additional members: relationship evidence such as Marriage Certificate or Birth Certificate.
  • For applicants with multiple nationalities/passports, additional passport and nationality documents may be required under the program rules.
  • Applicable prior overstay information must be disclosed where required by the current application form.
