What QuickVisa does

QuickVisa provides document review, case preparation and procedural support for Non-B Visa. The final decision is made by the competent Thai authority.

What a Non-B visa is

Non-Immigrant Visa Category “B” is the Thai business/work entry category. People often call it Non-B or a “work visa”. Officially it is a business/work visa under MFA / Thai e-Visa “Work and Business Visas”.

It may be used to take employment with a Thai employer, conduct business activity, attend negotiations, teach where Category B applies, or work under a project or organisation that supports the application. The inviting company or employer must document the ground.

Non-B is not a Work Permit. Permission to work is a separate labour procedure. Holding Non-B does not by itself allow any job. The employer must not let a foreigner work without the required work authorisation. The two processes are handled by different authorities.

Service process

Initial case review → document checklist → document verification → application preparation → submission/appointment support where applicable → status follow-up.

What we need from the client

The exact checklist is case-specific. We first verify passport/immigration status, the legal basis of the application and supporting evidence required by the responsible authority.

What the client needs for Non-B

The list below is the official-source baseline. The exact checklist depends on category, nationality, place of filing and responsible authority.

  • Passport/travel document valid for at least 6 months.
  • Visa application information and recent photograph.
  • Financial evidence under the applicable checklist.
  • For employment: employer documents and Ministry of Labour approval/letter where required; MFA references the prospective-employer WP3 procedure.
  • Company letter stating the purpose of the visit to Thailand.
  • For a business case: correspondence with Thai trading partners and/or invitation letter from a qualifying Thai company.
  • For employment: employment contract stating salary, position, qualifications and rationale for employment, signed by the authorized managing director.
  • Any additional corporate documents required by the responsible mission's checklist.
