What QuickVisa does
QuickVisa provides document review, case preparation and procedural support for Family Visa. The final decision is made by the competent Thai authority.
What a family / Non-O route is
Family stay in Thailand is usually a Non-Immigrant O (“Other”) ground, not a separate visa named “Family Visa”. Non-O is a group of non-work grounds. The ground must be stated: marriage to a Thai national, parent of a Thai child, or family member of a foreigner who already has a qualifying stay (for example a Work Permit holder or a retirement principal).
Each family member needs their own passport, their own visa or status, their own permission to stay and, if they travel, their own Re-entry Permit. Attachment to the principal is only the legal ground, not a shared visa.
Financial evidence, marriage or birth documents and office practice differ by ground and by Immigration office. A marriage ground is not the same checklist as retirement.
Service process
Initial case review → document checklist → document verification → application preparation → submission/appointment support where applicable → status follow-up.
What we need from the client
The exact checklist is case-specific. We first verify passport/immigration status, the legal basis of the application and supporting evidence required by the responsible authority.
What the client needs for a Family / Non-O route
The list below is the official-source baseline. The exact checklist depends on category, nationality, place of filing and responsible authority.
- Passport/travel document valid for at least 6 months.
- Completed application information and recent photograph.
- Financial evidence under the applicable category.
- Relationship evidence: MFA lists Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate (or equivalent) for category O.
- Documents of the qualifying family member in Thailand where required by the specific route and authority.
- For an in-country extension, current immigration and address documents; the exact checklist depends on the family-extension basis.
