What QuickVisa does
QuickVisa provides document review, case preparation and procedural support for Work Permit Consulting. The final decision is made by the competent Thai authority.
What a Work Permit is
A Work Permit is labour authorisation. It is not the same document as a visa. Thai law on managing the work of aliens treats “work” broadly: using physical effort or knowledge in an occupation, with or without pay, unless an activity is specifically exempted.
A foreigner must not do prohibited work or work without the required permit. An employer must not allow work without that permit. Non-B is the usual immigration ground for employment, but Non-B alone is not permission to work.
The visa/stay process and the Work Permit process go to different authorities and need matching employer documents. The exact occupation, company papers and office of filing are case-specific.
Service process
Initial case review → document checklist → document verification → application preparation → submission/appointment support where applicable → status follow-up.
What we need from the client
The exact checklist is case-specific. We first verify passport/immigration status, the legal basis of the application and supporting evidence required by the responsible authority.
What the client needs for Work Permit consulting
The list below is the official-source baseline. The exact checklist depends on category, nationality, place of filing and responsible authority.
- Passport and immigration status compatible with the selected work-authorization route.
- Worker documents such as education/qualification evidence, CV and employment evidence where required by the particular route.
- Employment contract / documents describing position, salary and work activity.
- Thai employer/company documents under the applicable Department of Employment procedure.
- For related Non-B procedures, MFA identifies employer-side evidence and, where applicable, Ministry of Labour/WP3 approval.
- For the LTR Digital Work Permit, BOI separately lists WP.46, company registration, Bor.Or.Jor.5, latest financial statements, list of foreign employees, passport/LTR stamp and relevant business licences where applicable.
- Previous Work Permit where applicable.
