What QuickVisa does
QuickVisa provides document review, case preparation and procedural support for 90-Day Report Consulting. The final decision is made by the competent Thai authority.
What the 90-day report (TM47) is
TM47 is the form used to notify Immigration of the address after every 90 days of continuous stay in Thailand (Immigration Act section 37(5)). It is not a visa, not an extension of stay, not a Work Permit and not TM30.
The count starts from the last date of entry. Leaving Thailand resets the count, even for one day, and even if a Re-entry Permit kept the visa/stay alive. Tourists who leave before 90 days do not file.
The official window is 15 days before day 90, or not later than 7 days after. Late filing is commonly fined THB 2,000; a higher fine can apply if the breach is found during an inspection. Filing may be in person, by a representative or, where the office allows, online — except that a first report is often required at the office.
Service process
Initial case review → document checklist → document verification → application preparation → submission/appointment support where applicable → status follow-up.
What we need from the client
The exact checklist is case-specific. We first verify passport/immigration status, the legal basis of the application and supporting evidence required by the responsible authority.
