What QuickVisa does

QuickVisa provides document review, case preparation and procedural support for Translations & Documents. The final decision is made by the competent Thai authority.

Why translations and document form matter

Thai missions and Immigration treat a visa, a stay stamp, an extension and a Re-entry Permit as different documents. Civil-status evidence (marriage, birth, divorce, police clearance) must usually match the ground and be readable to the receiving office.

That often means a certified translation, copies of the biodata page, the last entry stamp, TM30 and, for some offices, a specific photo size or a form signed in person. A translation that does not match names, dates or seals can stop the file.

Document work is preparation and coordination. The authority still decides whether the set is accepted. Requirements differ by embassy, consulate and Immigration office.

Service process

Initial case review → document checklist → document verification → application preparation → submission/appointment support where applicable → status follow-up.

What we need from the client

The exact checklist is case-specific. We first verify passport/immigration status, the legal basis of the application and supporting evidence required by the responsible authority.

What the client needs for document preparation / translation

The list below is the official-source baseline. The exact checklist depends on category, nationality, place of filing and responsible authority.

  • Clear scan or original of the document to be used in the visa/immigration procedure.
  • Information about the destination authority and procedure.
  • Required output language.
  • Where certification/notarisation/legalisation is required, the issuing country and destination authority.
  • For e-Visa or LTR, the format must follow the receiving authority; for example, BOI's LTR checklist requires appropriately certified/notarized English or Thai translations for documents in another language.
