Website enquiry consent
Before a form is submitted, the user should receive the relevant privacy notice. Where consent is the chosen legal basis for an optional processing activity, consent must be specific to that purpose and recorded.
Required acknowledgement: “I have read the Privacy Notice and understand how my data will be used to respond to my enquiry.”
Optional marketing consent: “I agree to receive marketing messages from QuickVisa.” This must be optional and separate from the service request.
Consent records
The production system should record the notice/version shown, purpose, timestamp, language, consent status and later withdrawal/change where applicable.
